Breakfast, Cocktail and Brunch will be limited to weekdays and Sundays only. Should a Saturday be available
4 months or less, this can be arranged.

Bridal Suite is available at a discounted price of R1 200.00 – Breakfast included.

Extra Rooms for guests available at 40% discount of daily rate.

All rates quoted are inclusive of VAT.

• Legal Info:
  
  
• 50% deposit of the full venue hire to secure booking.
• Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 2 months of the function forfeit 100% of deposit.
• Cancellation of a confirmed booking prior to 2 months before function date forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Full payment of Venue Hire and Bar deposit is due 2 weeks before function date.
  
• ‘Due to strict noise regulations, all music must stop promptly at 23h00. We reserve the right to regulate the music during a function as we are situated in a residential area.
• Any breakages or damages of any kind is for the client’s account. A breakage deposit of R2 000.00 will be charged payable in advance in cash, and will be refunded in cash.
• We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to changes to the function as a result of bed weather. This will be added to the final bill.
• The owners, management and staff do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever arising, suffered by or to any person or property whilst visiting River Meadow Manor Country Estate.
• An overtime charge of R1 500.00 per hour or part thereof will be charged for all functions that extent beyond 8 hours after inception or 24:00 whichever earlier.
• All Décor must be removed before 10:00 the day following the function.
  
• All florists must have work completed 3 hours prior to function. Unfortunately our staff cannot assist with transporting/carrying of items for outside companies. A service charge will be added to the final bill – should this be necessary.
• We only sanction the use of flower petals and butterflies for use of celebrations. Confetti, streamers and rice are not allowed.
• No alcohol allowed onto River Meadow Manor premises and no corkage fee.
